-$10 PER TEXT MESSAGE, $10 PER EMAIL, $100.00 PER HOUR OF INQUIRY/INVESTIGATION - BILLED IN ONE HOUR INCREMENTS, $100.00 PER HOUR OF PHONE TIME - BILLED IN ONE HOUR INCREMENTS FOR ANY TIME SPENT BY ANYONE AT OR IN ANY WAY REPRESENTING BIG 3 FOR NON-WARRANTY INVESTIGATION, LITIGATION, MEDIATION, GENERAL COMPLAINT, OR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING NOT RELATED TO THE POSTED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AS OFFERED-THIS ALSO EXTENDS TO TELEMARKETERS, ROBOCALLS, INSURANCE COMPANIES, LOAN COMPANIES, WARRANTY COMPANIES, LIFE INSURANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER ENTITY OF ANY KIND IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE ASSOCIATED IN ANY WAY WITH BIG 3 ENGINES LLC.

-$1000.00 ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS PER DAY FOR VEHICLE DISASSEMBLED WAITING FOR CUSTOMER PARTS. BILLED IN FULL DAY INCREMENTS. INCLUDES ALSO PARTS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER THAT DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY, NOT UP TO STANDARD, OR DO NOT FUNCTION AS INTENDED. ALTERNATIVE $750.00 SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR RE-RACK FEE TO ACCOUNT FOR THE TIME TO REASSEMBLE THE VEHICLE AND MOVE IT TO A SUITABLE WAITING AREA, THIS FEE OPTION IS AVAILABLE ONLY WITH APPROVAL FROM JOE MADDOX, OTHERWISE THE DEFAULT $1000.00 FEE APPLIES.

-CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS-CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS ARE VOID OF BOTH WARRANTY FOR PART, WARRANTY FOR INSTALL, FITNESS/FITMENT OF PRODUCT AS PROVIDED, AND ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE OUTCOME OR COST ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PART(INCLUDING ENTIRE VEHICLE) THAT ARE ATTACHED TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PART. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE OR ENGINE/TRANSMISSION IN ANY WAY IF YOU SUPPLY YOUR OWN REPAIR PARTS.

-$1000.00 ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS PER DAY FOR VEHICLE DISASSEMBLED WAITING ON CUSTOMER APPROVAL FOR REPAIRS. IF A NECESSARY REPAIR IS NOT APPROVED THIS FEE IS REQUIRED TO SUSTAIN THE BUSINESS WHILE THE CUSTOMER DECIDES WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO DO WITH THEIR REPAIR-ANY COST INCURRED BY THE BUSINESS INCLUDING LOSS OF WORK, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF BUSINESS, IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND NOT BIG 3, OPTIONAL $750.00 RE-RACK FEE AVAILABLE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS WITH APPROVAL FROM JOE MADDOX ONLY.

-$65 PER DAY FOR ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY THAT IS COMPLETED BUT UNPAID WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT - DEPOSITS ARE VOIDED AND NON REFUNDABLE, ASSEMBLY WILL BE SOLD TO RECOUP COST AT 30 DAYS.

-$500.00 PER HOUR - BILLED IN ONE OUR INCREMENTS - FOR LITIGATION OR ATTORNEY IN ADDITION TO ANY COURT COST OR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH ANY FORM OF MEDIATION OR LITIGATION IN ANY FORM.

-ATTEMPTED THEFT OF SERVICE AT BIG 3 IN ANY FORM WILL RESULT IN COMPLETE FORFEITURE OF ANY AND ALL DEPOSITS AND WARRANTY, AND FORFEITURE OF ANY PARTS OR VEHICLES SUPPLIED BY CUSTOMER. ALL RELATED TIME IS BILLED AT $500.00 PER HOUR IN ONE HOUR INCREMENTS.

-THEFT OF PARTS AND OR TO0LS FROM BIG 3 ENGINES WILL BE BILLED AT DOUBLE COST PLUS $500.00 PER HOUR BILLED IN ONE HOUR INCREMENTS FOR ANY AND ALL TIME SPENT CONCERNING YOUR THEFT.

-DIAGNOSTIC FOR NON WARRANTY IS BILLED AT THE REGULAR RATES AS PRESENTED.

-SHIPPING, TOWING, ASSOCIATED COST, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF WORK, LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF LABOR, LABOR CHARGES, TRANSPORT FEES/CHARGES, ANY ASSOCIATED PROBLEM, ISSUE, PERIL, ENDANGERMENT, COMPLAINT, CUSTOMER ATTITUDE, POSITION OF THE MOON, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR COST, AUTHORIZED LABOR COST, LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF TIME, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES THE CUSTOMER MAY CLAIM FOR ANY REASON ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BIG 3, ANY VENDOR FOR BIG 3, ANY ASSOCIATE, WORKER, CONTRACTOR, EMPLOYEE, OR ANYONE ELSE IN ANY WAY RELATED TO BIG 3 ENGINES LLC.
